We are the Friends of the Amesbury Public Library.
With our shared sense of purpose and a vision to do more,
we have been supporting the library in every way we can for over 33 years!

We help bring programs like summer reading to kids in every corner of our city,
provide museum passes to inspire minds young and old,
and fund songwriting and genealogy workshops, just to name a few.
We help support the needs of the Library and librarians in any way we are able.
Through our fundraising efforts, countless volunteers, committed members,
corporate partners, and our centerpiece used book shop, The Stacks, we are empowering
our Library to push well beyond its walls to show our community what’s truly possible.
